Allow me to introduce myself... I'm Kathryn and I have a passion for all things interior design and DIY. My career experience has always been based in production; whether that's being elected as the live music manager/buyer for the University of San Diego's programming team, coordinating live corporate events and trade shows for The Walt Disney Company, or managing advertising content shoots for Fortune 500 and international clientele.

 

Planning, scheduling, budgeting and on-the-spot troubleshooting are a part of my everyday routine. I've honed my attention to detail and organization skills, not only for the business side, but also the styling side by continuing to stay on beat with trends and utilizing my real estate knowledge as an active agent for the Central Vermont region. In addition to 3+ years of interior styling and real estate experience, I have been an Accredited Staging Professional (Real Estate) and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist since 2022.

What do I do now?

I assist in prepping, staging, and selling your home or allow me to represent you during your home (or rental property) purchase and help you style your dream home. 

If you already own a rental property, I can help furnish and stage the space so you can get the most out of your investment.
