Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or Rescheduling of appointments must be requested and approved by the stylist no later than 48-hours in advance of the originally scheduled meeting time. If cancellations or rescheduling happen within the 48-hour window of your scheduled meeting, the consultation fee will not be refunded. Rates listed on website are based on service needs for up to a two-story, 5-bedroom (maximum) property. Service provider has the right to adjust the rates as needed per project if the property does not fall into the above category. Provider will make sure to explain to client(s) any adjustments of rates prior to rendering services.
